RC Floor
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by RC Floor (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
RC Floor provides services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may include, but are not limited to, those described in the service agreement or booking confirmation.
The scope of work will be defined prior to service. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property or service location at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, availability issues, or emergencies.
3. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.
Late or unpaid amounts may result in service suspension until payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information related to the service
Secure pets, sensitive areas, or restricted access zones when applicable
Remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from service areas
Inform us of any special instructions, risks, or conditions prior to service
RC Floor is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed issues, or unstable items.
6. Supplies & Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, RC Floor may use its own tools, materials, or systems necessary to perform the service. If the client requests the use of specific tools or materials, RC Floor is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from their use.
7. Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services. Any claims related to damage must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or hidden defects.
8. Health & Safety
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for proper execution of the service.
9. Satisfaction
If the client is dissatisfied with the service, we encourage prompt communication so concerns can be reviewed. Any corrective actions, refunds, or adjustments are handled at our discretion.
10. Termination of Service
RC Floor reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate conduct.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be made available on this website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which RC Floor operates.
